The draw took place last weekend for the county senior football semi-finals which are expected to take place in the early weeks of October, barring any more lengthy objections or replays.
Beaten county finalists last year, Corofin, will take on Cathal Sheridan’s Milltown which seek the club’s first title since 1981 in one semi-final, while Salhill-Knocknacarra, managed by Gerry Hughes this season, take on the winners of Cortoon Shamrocks v Mountbellew-Moylough or Tuam Stars.
