Galleon’s charity menu

The Galleon Restaurant has teamed up with charity worker Ronan Scully to help raise funds for the Self Help Africa charity.

The restaurant, located in Salthill Village, has created a special Self Help Africa menu and will be donating €5 from each sitting until the end of September towards Scully’s fundraising for the Great Ethiopian Run - which he will be running this November.

Galleon Restaurant owner Roger O’Sullivan says Self Help Africa is a great charity helping communities to improve their farms and in turn their livelihoods, assisting those to have a small enterprise while feeding themselves and their local communities.

The family run restaurant recently celebrated 45 years in business and has a strong loyal customer base of locals and tourists.
