The Cinemobile is resuming its monthly visits to Portumna, with a two day visit this Monday and Tuesday at the Shannon Oaks Hotel car park.
The Cinemobile will be screening Rise of the Planet of the Apes; The Guard; Super 8; and for younger audiences The Smurfs and Horrid Henry.
This month’s Film Club movie is the acclaimed documentary Senna, looking at the life and tragic death of legendary Brazilian motor-racing champion Ayrton Senna. Years on he is revered in Formula One as the greatest motor racing driver of all time and in Brazil as a saint.
