Skeff wows fans with new menu showcasing best of local produce

Last Friday the Skeff Bar & Grill, Eyre Square was awash with patrons re-discovering the tasty delights The Skeff has to offer. They sampled everything from the famous cocktails to the brand new evening menu.

Over the past few months The Skeff has renewed its commitment to be the best local produce while supporting the best local suppliers. Galway suppliers are contributing delicious fresh ingredients which make up the new menu; fish, cheese, beef, lamb and vegetables are all locally sourced.

Food manager Ashling Dudley said “It is important to buy locally, not only are you supporting local business; which is important in these difficult times, but you get extremely fresh produce.”

Home made fresh sauces; relishes and sides ensure a tasty, wholesome and fulfilling meal for the customer.

Renowned restaurant advisor, Blathnaid Bergin said that she has seen at first hand the determination and dedication to making continuous improvements in The Skeff, and its drive to be the best.

With live bands and DJs seven nights a week the traditional night out in The Skeff Bar is as upbeat and exciting as ever. Join them at 9.30 to listen to fantastic live music from Easy Pieces, No Strings Attached and The Reserved. The Skeff bar is now open until 2am every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The Skeff Bar serves food all day from 8am until 9.30pm.
