Current hurling stars will be showing off their skills in a special event in Pearse Stadium.
Galway’s Ger Farragher will be joined by Patrick Horgan (Cork ) on the Centra Hurling Skills Tour which arrives in Galway on Saturday.
The two ambassadors will conduct the session which is is free of charge, but youngstes must register in Centra stores throughout Galway or by email to [email protected]. Places for the Centra Hurling Skills Tour are limited.
Centra will also be giving fans the opportunity to test their own skills at the Centra Hurling Speed Simulator, a purpose built unit which will be located outside the big fixtures through the championship season. The simulator will test speed, accuracy and skill for those who participate and will provide additional fun for families attending the big games.
