Blue Tree Systems continues its international expansion

Blue Tree Systems, which is headquartered in Galway, is continuing its rapid international expansion with the opening of a new office in the US in addition to its well established dealer network. In the US, Blue Tree Systems has secured major contracts with some of the largest transport and logistics companies. These include Nestlé, the world’s largest food producer, TransAm, one of the largest refrigerated transport companies in the US, and National Carriers, nationwide distributor for National Beef.

Blue Tree Systems develops and markets the industry leading R:COM fleet management system which is installed on more than 60,000 vehicles worldwide. R:COM by Blue Tree Systems is a fully comprehensive fleet management system that measurably reduces fuel costs and increases fleet efficiency.

Capabilities of the R:COM fleet management system, which can be selected to meet any variety of operational requirements, include fuel and driving style management, tachograph management, temperature management, in-cab communication, satellite navigation and vehicle tracking.

Blue Tree Systems is also rapidly expanding in Ireland, the UK, and throughout Europe. Blue Tree Systems’ high profile European customer base includes Musgraves (SuperValu ), Ireland’s largest grocery group, AF Blakemore, distributors for the SPAR (UK ) supermarket chain, ICA, Sweden’s largest supermarket chain and the Dublin-based DCC Energy group.

Blue Tree Systems’ strong growth is marked by plans to significantly expand the R&D and technical support teams at the company’s Galway headquarters over the next two years, reaffirming the company’s importance as a provider of high-tech, indigenous employment in the region.
