Crowds flock to open viewings as O’Donnellan & Joyce prepare for the first of its summer auctions

The Victoria Hotel should be a hive of activity on Friday July 15 when O’Donnellan & Joyce open the doors of the auction room for the largest summer auction held in recent years. The system of putting property up for auction is fast becoming the most convenient way to sell, with vendors who are anxious to have a quick sale seeking to dispose of their properties on the day.
