The super fit and the casual fitness enthusiast are set to be pushed to their limits during the Unique Fitness Challenge, a fundraising event for Croí.
The challenge takes place in the Galway Lawn Tennis Club on Friday May 20 at 7pm. It will be run by Unique Personal Training and will involve body weight exercises in a circuit format followed by a run/walk.
“The challenge is intended to offer people a change to their existing exercise routine while also donating to a great charity and help the fight against heart disease and stroke,” said UPT’s Darin Classens.
Entry costs €15 and all participants who register to take part will receive a Tech training T-shirt. For more information or to register for the challenge contact Darin on 087 2159654 or see www.uniquepersonaltraining.ie
