Big summer auction for Property Partners Maxwell, Heaslip & Leonard

Continuing on from its hugely successful spring auctions, progressive property firm Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard this week announced the first of its upcoming summer auctions. Once again the latest offerings to go under the hammer show a diverse mix of properties which will appeal to all sectors of the market in what auctioneer James Heaslip promises to be an engaging event.

“All the properties which we are promoting have something different to offer and will appeal to a range of buyers from across the spectrum,” Mr Heaslip said. “The one thing that the properties have in common is that they are very attractively priced. Our vendors are aware that we have had excellent results in our latest series of auctions and have bought into the mantra that in order to sell at auction, properties must be priced keenly. Our recent results show this is the case and as long as a property offers good value, it will sell.”

The first property to be offered to the market is No 8 Ard Na Mara in Salthill. Part of a long established residential development, No 8 is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers easy access to the city centre, while at the same time being within close proximity of excellent recreational and leisure facilities.
