Garda Michelle Nolan told the court that she was on patrol on September 15 2010 when she found a van crashed on the Ballindine Road outside of Claremorris. She went on to say that she found Christopher Lally of Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Co Galway walking on the road a short time later. Who admitted to her that he had been drinking, she arrested him and he provided a urine sample which returned a reading of 107 mlg per 100ml of urine.
