John McGuire, founder of imeeGOLF and winner of the SCCUL Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2010 is the key note speaker at the Entrepreneur’s Forum in Ballybane Enterprise Centre on Wednesday April 13. Recently named by Business Plus Magazine as one of Ireland’s top 40 Entrepreneurs under 40, McGuire was the recipient of the inaugural SCCUL Entrepreneur of the Year Award last October.
Organised by SCCUL Enterprises Ltd, the forum commences at 6pm and will include presentations and panel discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs today.
McGuire will be followed by a panel of guest speakers from support organisations and financial services including Breda Fox, CEO Galway County and City Enterprise Board, Ann Finn, Enterprise Ireland, Proinsias Kitt, DHKN and Sean Boyle of Ulster Bank.
Opening the evening will be a presentation on entrepreneurial skills and training from Gert O’Rourke who is experienced in the provision of training and business development consultancy services to growing companies.
