Feast of fashion as GMIT students present the look of summer

GMIT students will present the top looks for summer at a special fundraising event to be held at the House Hotel on Wednesday night.

The fashion extravaganza is the brainchild of the college’s third year tourism students and is in aid of the Chernobyl children’s charity. Louise Clarke of I102 104 will be the MC on the night.

The show will showcase fashion from a number of retailers including Penney’s, New Look, Jack & Jones, Vera Moda, Next, and Gerard. Many lecturers from the college will strut their stuff on the night in addition to the vice president of the students’ union.

The organisers would like to thank the many local businesses for their support and generosity, especially the management of the House Hotel for hosting the event at no cost.

Tickets for the show cost €10 and doors open at 7.30 p.m.
