OIL AND Water, an exhibition of new paintings by sister and brother Mary and James F Horan is currently on show in University Hospital Galway.
Born in Galway, James and Mary have both exhibited extensively and have artwork in many collections throughout the world.
Mary’s work is very much influenced by the sea having been born and reared in Salthill. She paints primarily in oils and has also explored and developed a very exciting range of paintings around the themes of people, buildings, and the abstract. James’ current work consists mainly of water-colours and pen and ink drawings.
Oil and Water runs until Friday April 8. All are welcome to view.
