FETAC courses in addiction, mental health, and languages to start in May

Mayo based The Learning Curve Institute, one of the west’s fastest expanding training and education providers, is delivering a host of new FETAC accredited short term courses in Galway starting in May.

“The Learning Curve has always wanted to have a suite of FETAC accredited part-time courses across a variety of subjects all over Ireland”, says Liam Printer, director of The Learning Curve Institute. “The new FETAC Level 5 drug and alcohol addiction, Level 4 beginners French and Spanish, and Level 6 mental health awareness courses have proved really popular so we’re delighted to now bring these courses to the people of Galway.”

The new short term FETAC courses in French and Spanish and drug and alcohol addiction start in May in the Westside Resource Centre. These courses give people a chance to obtain a fully certified, FETAC accredited component certificate in their locality in just eight to 10 weeks. The highly sought after Level 6 mental health awareness component certificate takes place over two weekends in July in Galway city.

The Learning Curve Institute boasts a host of experts in the fields of addiction, counselling, mental health, social studies, and languages, and it offers FETAC accredited courses in Mayo, Sligo, Dublin, Limerick, Louth and Galway.
