The Irish International Hotel and Catering School was developed to meet the growing demands of the international education sector for students who are interested in specialising in the hospitality industry. All students undergo supervised work placements as an integral element of their course. On graduation students have both a recognised qualification and valuable work experience.
The Irish International Hotel and Catering School is registered with the Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC ).
The IIHCS is privately operated and is known for the support that is offered to each student. Class sizes are kept to a minimum so that students enjoy a one-to-one learning experience with their tutors.
The school has recently developed the Irish International Business School to cater for those who wish to embark on a career in business. It has developed a one-year Level 6 advanced certificate in administration and also in management.
