Max Factor has ushered in spring with its boldest and most colourful collection of eye shadows, lip glosses and nail polishes.
With flashes of colour emerging as the hottest and most rebellious way to wear make-up, this collection brings a colourful splash of inspiration to everyday looks.
It echoes the way in which the colour volume has been turned up for clothes, too. Make-up has gone technicolour, perhaps as an expression of optimism or a reaction to winter’s dark and neutral palette, according to Max Factor.
Its Max Effect Trio Eyeshadow (€8.99 ) features a spectrum of three colours in one palette, selected to provide contrast while blending together easily. They come in six colour palates including Over the Ocean, a blend of steely grey, deep sea and sky blue shades, and Sweet Pink, a pretty mix of popping pinks and dusky purples. They contain a dry to wet formula - applied dry to create subtle colour and wet to create dramatic impact. Its Dip in Eyeshadow comes in eight colours ranging from silver to moody blue.
For luscious lips check out its Max Effect Lip Gloss (€6.99 ) which comes in flavours from fresh zesty orange to sumptuous coco bean. Each comes in a squeezable tube for ease of application with the non-sticky formula gliding smoothly over lips giving a dazzling shine.
