FRANKIE GAVIN & De Dannan will play The Co-op in Moycullen on tomorrow as part of their current Up Close & Personal Tour.
The idea behind the show is to bring music to local communities throughout rural Ireland, where concert goers are saved the expense of travelling to established venues in bigger centres, and where admission fees are price sensitive.
The performances will take place in an intimate setting to allow the public to see the band up close and meet the performers in person.
The Moycullen date comes a ahead of the band’s March tour of the US which will include an exclusive date in the Metropolitan Club in New York City on March 16 for a private function hosted by the president of Fox TV.
