The Rehab Group which provides training, support, education and employment opportunities for people with disabilities and special needs is seeking volunteers for a sponsored fundraising walk/trek in South Africa in November.
South Africa’s stunning natural panoramas and vibrant cultures make the country appealing to almost every taste. The Rehab walk offers a challenge which suits all fitness levels
The group will visit Cape Town and enjoy a tour of the city as well as a free day to explore it at their leisure. Also included is a trip to the top of Table Mountain, a visit to the Cape of Good Hope and a tour of the Cape Peninsula. The group will also experience South Africa’s political history in an interactive tour of a township community and then travel by boat to Robben Island. There are a number of other optional trips and a safari featured in the itinerary.
The group will be accompanied by experienced guides on the various walks and treks.
The funds raised will help Rehab expand and develop its services for people with disabilities.
