GALWAY GROUP The Bahh Band, whose music fuses Indian classic, Irish trad, and American blues, launch their debut album in Monroe’s Tavern tomorrow at 8.30pm.
The album, Worlds Colliding, features nine tracks, and was recorded in Shay Studios, Loughrea, with the support of the Galway County Council.
The album’s opening track is an interpretation of Jeff Wayne’s ‘War Of The Worlds’, and the composer has already given it his personal seal of approval. The other eight tracks are original compositions. The band’s music has also earned the praises of Kíla’s Ronan Ó Snodaigh.
