The Clayton Hotel is opening its doors to anyone who is engaged or looking for the perfect wedding venue to ‘Try Before You Buy’ with the Clayton Wedding Showcase, taking place on Sunday next November 14, from 2-6pm.
Patrons can enjoy wine and canapés on arrival and meet some of Galway’s’ top wedding suppliers – local florists, bridal boutiques, photographers, chocolate fountains, stationery suppliers, Irish dancers, wedding cars, top jewelers and many, many more.
You also get the opportunity to see the Clayton Hotel at its most stunning, with the ballroom dressed for a wedding, the luxurious bedrooms and the Presidential Suite on the Executive Fourth floor. The hotel’s wedding team will be on hand to meet and show couples the ballroom and discuss the new all inclusive wedding packages.
All inclusive wedding packages are available from €45 per guest – everything is included from the pianist on arrival, arrival champagne and canapés, to chair covers, candelabras, flower arrangements, five course wedding menu, house wine, evening fingerfood and complimentary bedrooms.
All weddings booked on the day will receive a further 10 per cent discount from the wedding package of choice.
Adding to the already highly experienced team at The Clayton is the new Executive Chef, Kevin Cleary. A veteran of the Irish culinary circuit, Mr Cleary trained in Ashford Castle and Dromoland Castle before working for three years as executive chef at the five-star Westbury Hotel in Dublin. Now Mr Cleary is coming home to the west and bringing his years of skill and knowledge of local cuisine with him.
All wedding couples who hold a provisional date will also be invited to return for a complimentary pre-wedding menu tasting, where you get the opportunity to sample some of Kevin Cleary’s culinary delights and discuss your wedding menu choices.
