The Kenny Bookshop and Art Gallery will celebrate its 70th years in business this Saturday with a major event to celebrate Irish language books.
The event takes place from 2pm to 4pm at Kenny’s in the Liosbán Retail Estate, Tuam Road and will see many of today’s leading Irish language authors, such as Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill, Gabriel Rosenstock, Padraic Breathnach, Tadhg MacDonnagáin, Joe Steve Ó Neachtáin, and Gearóid Denvir, present to meet the public and sign copies of their books.
