Managing director Gerard Walsh says the new website plays a very important part in Walsh Waste’s overall communication strategy, in terms of communicating with existing and future customers.
“It was important for us to build a best in class website that tells our story and presents our brand through relevant and detailed content. We also wanted an e-commerce solution that would make online ordering a safe and straightforward process for our customers.
“Thanks to our website partners Meanweb we now have a full content management system in addition to a bespoke e-commerce solution. This gives Walsh Waste the required level of flexibility when it comes to updating all aspects of the website,” he said.
Mr Walsh said the company takes customer care very seriously.

Over the past number of months we have conducted a number of informal research programmes the results of which have influenced our website design and content,” he said.
