St Mary’s College to host concert for Goal’s Pakistan Flood Appeal

Maoin Cheoil na Gaillimhe, the St Mary’s College Music Resource Centre will host a concert in aid of the GOAL Pakistan Flood Appeal on Tuesday November 16 at 8pm.

The concert, entitled An Evening Of Music is being hosted to raise funds for those affected by the floods in Pakistan. More than 20 million people were left at risk and the situation there remains critical.

Since its inception MCnG has been a success in delivering the full spectrum of music education. From its base in St Mary’s College the school of music currently hosts 300 students across a range of musical styles and instruments.

Starting as young as one-year-old there is a series of dedicated programmes that cater to students right into adulthood, from traditional music to popular and classical.
