On the eve of the first autumn rugby International of this year against South Africa, Ireland and Munster rugby star, Alan Quinlan, will officially launch the South African brandy, Klipdrift, onto the Irish market in Busker Brownes bar tomorrow Friday Nov 5 at 6:30pm.
Vat-matured and blended the time-honoured way, to give a smooth, full-bodied taste of genuine Old Cape Brandy; Kilpdrift is familiar to those who have visited South Africa from hearing locals call for a ‘Klippy and Coke’ – the brandy with a cola mixture . The drink is available exclusively in Ireland from Oranmore-based wine and spirit distributors, J & C Kenny.
All over the legal drinking age are invited to sample a ‘Klippy and Coke’ in Busker Brownes this Friday at 6:30pm and meet the Munster Rugby star. Guests will also be in with a chance of winning two tickets to watch Alan Quinlan’s Munster take on the Wallabies in Thomond Park on Tuesday November 16.
