Central Park offers new management training programme

The Central Park Group has launched an ambitious and progressive expansion programme among its bars and food outlets. Central Park has started a new trainee management programme which it will run as part of its ongoing employee development.

Run in conjunction with GMIT and Fáilte Ireland, the course has a recognised academic qualification — FETAC Level 6 advanced certificate — at the end of two years. It’s an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in food and beverage operations who is aiming for a supervisory or assistant manager position. CP will be covering any costs for the course and participants will be on a weekly salary with the group, with day release each week to attend college

Anyone who is interested can complete an application form and submit it along with a CV to [email protected]. All queries will be answered and a full overview of what the course entails and what avenues it might open up for applicants will be given. Applicants will then be interviewed before the final selection is put forward to take part in the course.

All applications will be treated in complete confidence and must be submitted before Saturday August 23.
