THE GALWAY Music Residency is hosting its annual Autumn School on Thursday October 28 and Friday 29 and the guests of honour will be Holland’s Calefax Reed Quintet.
Calefax will play a concert for the Galway public in St Nicholas Collegiate Church on Friday 29 at 8pm. Admission is €10/7 and will be available on the door on the night.
The Galway Music Residency is also hosting workshops for wind and reed instruments in the Galway Education Centre with Calefax on Thursday 28 from 1pm to 5pm. Advance registration is necessary. For more information see www.thegalwaymusicresidency.ie or contact 091 - 586706.
