A troublesome witch has cast a spell on Brigit’s Garden in Roscahill and has turned it into a Haunted House for Halloween, full of a magical mist where ghosts, ghouls and all manner of strange beasties lurk.
The folks at Brigit’s Garden are appealing for children to come to their aid and help break the witch’s spell by following the clues and discovering her true identity. Be prepared to brave lots of strange and spooky effects as you solve the mystery!
Promising a spine-chilling evening of fun for the whole family, with a minimum recommended age of five years, the Haunted House will feature a variety of professional special effects along with a cast of live characters from ghoulish gatekeepers to the story-telling witch. The event is mainly indoors, with ghostly gardens to explore if you dare.
The Haunted House will run from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday October 26 and Monday October 27, as well as Thursday October 30 and Friday October 31. Tickets are available at the door or online at www.brigitsgarden.ie Adults and children are €8 and a family pass (two adults and three children ) is €34. Group discounts are available.
Brigit’s Garden is a 20 minute drive from Galway City, signposted off the N59 between Moycullen and Oughterard.
