IRISH SUPERSTAR DJ and music producer John O’Callaghan will be spinning the decks at Planetlove in the GPO, Eglinton Street, on Sunday October 24.
John, from Co Meath, is one of the most successful DJs to have emerged from Ireland. He was ranked 24th in DJ magazine’s Top 100 DJ Poll - a jump of 36 places from 2008. His Never Fade Away album has proven successful and the singles ‘Big Sky’ and ‘Find Yourself’ have been hits on both the commercial and dance music charts.
In the past three months O’Callaghan has played to crowds in USA, Canada, Argentina, Ibiza, UK, Australia, and numerous countries and islands across Asia.
Support on the night comes from trance DJ Sophie Sugar, who will also be making her Galway debut on the night.
She was chosen by leading DJ Armin van Buuren as the only female DJ to feature on his A State Of Trance 400 multiple-date, multiple-country, series of shows in 2009. Since then she has enjoyed her own successful shows in Malta, Germany, Sweden, South Africa, Russia, Argentina, and Vietnam.
