SCULLION, FEATURING the great Irish songwriter Sonny Condell, will play The Forge, Moycullen, on Friday October 22 at 8.30pm.
For more than 30 years Scullion has remained at the heart of all that is best in Irish music. The voices of Sonny Condell and Philip King have taken on a seamless harmony, pinioned by the bravura guitar playing of Robbie Overson, who has ably filled the role of founding member Greg Boland.
The band continues to explore and mix the folk trad, jazz, and blues genres and favourite songs such as ‘Eyelids Into Snow’, ‘Down In The City’, and ‘John The Baptist’ are sure to be performed on the night.
