Gluten-free cookery demonstration

The Western Branch of the Coeliac Society of Ireland will host a gluten-free cookery demonstration at 7.30pm on Monday night at the Clybaun Hotel.

Dr Valerie Byrnes, consultant gastroenterologist, UHG will be the guest speaker.

Glutafin, the prescription only gluten-free food brand, will provide a selection of sweet and savoury dishes to sample and there will be plenty of useful tips for gluten free cooking.

Recipes and goodie bags will be provided by Glutafin and refreshments will be available.
