The purpose of the event is to bring together and provide a forum for like-minded individuals involved in research, development and innovation to discuss issues of common interest.

The theme is “Optimising Commercial Success through Successful Collaboration in Research, Development and Innovation”. The guest speakers will discuss the ingredients for successful collaboration between companies and with third level institutions.

Its CEO, Gerard Concannon, is a former chairman of IRDG and a current board member. Commenting on the event, Gerard Concannon said; “The Enterprise Innovation Network provides an ideal opportunity for people involved in R&D to network and discuss common issues. It is well recognised that research, development and innovation form the engine of future growth for the Irish economy, and events like this bring together some of the people that will drive that growth”.
