JINX LENNON, the Co Louth agit-folk troubadour, will bring his hard hitting and witty rants against mediocrity, racism, and the current state of society, to the Róisín Dubh tomorrow.
Jinx’s current tour is to promote his new album National Cancer Strategy which will be released in CD/LP/download formats next month. Jinx’s admirers include Ed Harcourt, Pat McCabe, and Damien Dempsey, who called him “the best lyricist in Ireland”.
Support is from Fia Rua (Galway based Kildare man Eoghan Burke ). Fia Rua’s new album Falling Time will be released soon. Hotpress described Fia Rua’s live shows as “energetic experimental folk at its best”.
