A MUSIC Bingo, Spelling Bee, and Yes No Interlude will be held to raise funds for the Galway Theatre Festival which runs from October 25 to 31.
These fun events will take place on Thursday October 7 from 8pm in the Galway Arms, Dominick Street, and finger food will be provided.
Music Bingo follows the same format as normal bingo. Players receive a card listing the names of songs and bands. The host plays snippets of songs and the players mark off any they have on their card. The first person to complete a card shouts “Music Bingo!”
The Spelling Bee will feature some representatives from this year’s festival companies as they battle it out for gold stars and the Spelling Bee sash. For anyone who dares take the challenge, Rod Goodall will take the gong in hand for the Yes No Interlude.
