Maggie May's bar and restaurant is owned and ran by Justin and Veronica Comer. Justin is head chef and has been involved in the food business for 20 years. He has an excellent knowledge of local food and suppliers.Their aim at Maggie Mays is always to provide excellent quality food at an affordable price. Thankfully theyhave received great support from the local community but unfortunately were hindered by a lack of space so they decided to expand their business.
The restaurant has been transformed into a bright modern dining space while still maintaining a feeling of intimacy. For comfort they have added air conditioning with a fully functioning bar and smoking balcony and the premises can now accommodate up to 70 people.
Maggie Mays have an excellent bar menu with something for everyone and are now introducing a set dinner menu for €25 which will be changed weekly. They can tailor design a menu to suit your taste and budget. It is an ideal venue for christenings, communions, confirmations, birthdays, amily get togethers etc... Bookings are now being taken for Christmas parties.
The opening times are 12 to 9 Sunday to Wednesday and 12 to 9.30 Thursday to Saturday.
