The recently completed revamp of Nestors SuperValu in Oranmore has transformed the entrance to the store and brought to life the vibrancy of the fruit and veg, butchery and bakery departments that have been the corner stones of the SuperValu business for years.
Customer panels gave very positive feedback towards the store with customers complimentary about the quality of fresh foods on offer and the exceptional value for money with the level of customer service ranked as the number one factor why the shopped in the store. There were some complaints received about clutter around the front of the store and customers felt it was not easy to shop at the fruit and veg department. This was taken on board immediately by the management and plans were drawn up to fully revamp the front of the store to address all the concerns of the customer.
The result has delivered a store that delivers the value customers are looking for but retains the core values of service and quality that insure Nestors SuperValu is a store of the future.
