Poems on Israel-Palestine sought

POEMS ON Israel-Palestine are being sought for a special internet feature entitled Will Days Indeed Come: I Come From There.

The feature is being organised by the Galway literary events organisation Over The Edge for publication on http://overtheedgeliteraryevents.blogspot.com.

The project’s title comes from Will Days Indeed Come by the Hebrew poet Leah Goldberg and I Come From There by Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish.

All poets, be they in Galway, across Ireland, Israel, Gaza, the West Bank, and anywhere in the world are invited to submit work.

Poems can be on any aspect of the Israel-Palestine issue or daily life in the region and can be from any point of view. The only criteria is that all contributions must work as poems and be in some way relevant to what is happening in the region.

Poems should be e-mailed, both in the body of the e-mail and as an attachment, to [email protected]. Poets should also include a bio of no more than 30 words in the same format.
