Stagecoach, the world's largest part time theatre school for children, has finalised plans for their annual summer holiday workshop to be held at St Mary's College.
Also open to non-Stagecoach students, the Galway centre will perform the spoof James Bond musical, No Second Chance by Maya Sprigg and Jon Boden, from July 19-23, with a performance for family and friends at 6pm on the final day.
To put on a show in five days is no mean feat, but Galway principal John Lucey said it's all about planning, organisation and quality directors.
"We have three highly qualified coaches on contract for the week, Sorcha Barry, Zita Monahan, and Kevin Brett who are all regular Stagecoach teachers in our schools" he continued.
“This is essentially two summer camps in one week and we offer a fun but demanding theatre workshop which will test all children and teenagers in a safe and caring environment," he said.
