Monster sales event to take place in July

Coffey Homes has announced that it has slashed prices of 15 homes at the Carrigweir development in Tuam, with prices now starting at an incredible €95,000.

Coffey Homes in conjunction with selling agents Gohery Properties and Long Property Partners will host a stock clearance sales event from 1pm to 6pm on Sunday July 4. The sales event will take place at the showhouse on site in Carrigweir on the Weir Road, and also at the salesroom in the Claregalway Hotel.

“We are offering the opportunity to meet in Claregalway to discuss the various properties and finance packages,” said Martin Gohery of Gohery Properties. “The showhouse at Carrigweir in Tuam will also be open to allow purchasers the maximum amount of information to make an informed decision.

“The sales event will give potential purchasers the opportunity to come and discuss their requirements for a home based on prices available and lending criteria. A number of banks will be in attendance and based on suitable information, loans will be available to buy Carrigweir homes.

“We would encourage all those interested in buying a home in the near future to come and view the homes on offer. We encourage comparison to any other development in the county as we know we can stand over our quality construction, and modern award winning energy efficiency, all now at an unbelievable price.”

Some of the homes on offer will include two bed apartments, three bed semi and mid terrace homes, and four bed semi and detached homes. Sites for one off detached homes will also be available.
