Stellar line up to back Dutch singer-songwriter in Kelly’s

HE USED to sing on Shop Street, but on Thursday June 17, he returns to play Galway, not on the streets, but upstairs in Kelly’s Bar at 8pm.

Dutch singer-songwriter Christof returns to the city where he used to busk three years ago. On the night he will perform songs from his new EP Springtime.

He will be joined by Dave Hingerty on drums (Swell Season/The Frames/Josh Ritter ), Trevor Hutchinson on bass (Lunasa ), and Gerry Paul on lap steel/banjo/guitars (Gráda ).

Support comes from London group The Staves. The Staves are three sisters, one guitar, and perfect harmonies. Their Americana/folk sound is strongly influenced by Crosby, Stills and Nash and Simon & Garfunkel.
