Seven properties under the hammer at O’Donnellan & Joyce auction

O’Donnellan & Joyce has recorded the highest level of property sales by public auction this year with 14 properties going under the hammer and with a 90 per cent success rate recorded, which is the highest success rate of any private auctioneering company in Ireland.

The company will hold one of the largest and most diverse property auctions ever to be held in the west of Ireland on June 25 at 3pm in the Victoria Hotel, with seven properties going under the hammer. There will be something for everybody, from first time buyers to investors to people looking for quality homes in desirable locations.

The first property to be auctioned off is No 26 Oaklands, Salthill, a beautiful family home with five bedrooms.
