The Laughter Lounge in the Róisín Dubh

This Wednesday June 2 The Laughter Lounge presents Perrier Award winner Phil Nicol with Damon Blake, Biddy O'Loughlan and Paddy Courtney

Born in Scotland and raised in Canada, Phil Nichol was first known as the guitar playing member of top classic musical comedy trio Corky And The Juice Pigs. Since then he has gone on to win the If.comedy award in Edinburgh (formely the Perrier. )

Phil is comedy at its most eye-popping, synapse-fizzing, moral majority baiting best. Occasionally offensive, always foul mouthed, and above all funny, it promises to be one of the comedy highlights of the year. Paddy Courtney last seen on the Lucy Kennedy Show and recently the Star of TG4's hit new show Paddywhackery is most likely the finest comic in the country.

“Paddy Courtney is a high velocity wit who lives life just a side step away from normality” -The Scotsman

Show starts at 8.30pm, tickets €15/ 12.50 online (limited number online at €10 ).

Tickets are available from the Róisín Dubh and Zhivago.
