An Open Day with members of the Galway senior hurling panel will be held in Athenry on May 22.
Oragnised by the Galway Hurling Supporters Club, in conjunction with the Galway Hurling Board, the Open Day is aimed at primary school children who will be given the opportunity to take part in a skills session overseen by the Galway hurlrs.

The skills session will be facilitated by coaches from the Galway GAA coaching and development group and to participate in the skills session, each child must have a hurl, helmet and sliotar.
Supermac’s will provide catering in Kenny Park on the day and a draw for signed Galway 2010 jerseys will take place, with other spot prizes throughout the event.
