KC Blake’s Pantry is celebrating five years in business in its Knocknacarra store this weekend. To mark the occasion, the company will be giving customers a weekend of champagne and wine tasting, free samples of some of its delicious products, and some great competitions, including €50 vouchers for five customers who can name the five most popular dishes from KC Blakes’ large range of luxury meals.
The fridges will be brimming with lots of your favourite homemade treats such as succulent half of roast duck, beef bourginone, and sweet and sour chicken which received a very favourable review in The Irish Times recently. Of course over the past five years the range has expanded to include a wide selection of handmade desserts each day including pavlova and fresh fruit roulades, chocolate fudge cakes, cheesecakes, and a wide selection of individual desserts including chocolate brownies, chocolate éclairs, and fresh fruit tarts.
KC Blake’s has a wide range of fresh salads on offer each day, which are perfect for healthy lunch options or for the summer barbecue season including quiches, fresh crab claws, and smoked salmon, and a fantastic variety of fresh breads each day which now includes fresh gluten free bread which is going down a storm.
