AERIAL DANCE is dance with a difference. It has all the beauty and grace of professional dance, but the dancers are suspended from the ceiling!
Galway will be able to experience the amazing spectacle of aerial dance at Fidget Feet’s new show Madame Silk which will be performed in The Black Box Theatre on Saturday May 8 at 8pm.
Aerial dancers Fred Deb, Chantal McCormick, and Jennifer Patterson will dance, sweep, and spin both across the stage, through veils and drapes, using dance and circus skills on fabric and hoops.
The costumes are by the award-winning designer Paul Shriek and the music, projections, and lighting design are by Jacques Bertrand.
