One of the city’s oldest businesses has teamed up with Galway Simon Community in a bid to help the homeless people of Galway.
The Galway Simon Community has worked for the past 30 years to provide help and support to the homeless, and those at risk of homelessness. The charity recently conducted a campaign for donations and in response to this Zhivago has come on board to support the cause.
Speaking on behalf of Zhivago, Natasha Carroll said: “We at Zhivago have always admired and supported Galway Simon’s work and indeed the integral part they play in Galway’s community. Their work and dedication is wonderful and Galway would seriously suffer without their services, especially during this recession. We are delighted to support them in any way we can.”
