Phantom Dog Beneath The Moon to release debut album

PHANTOM DOG Beneath The Moon, the English based, Galway duo, of Aaron Hurley and Scott McLaughlin, will release their debut album next month.

The Trees, The Sea In A Lunar Stream will be released by the independent Galway label Rusted Rail on Saturday May 1

Strongly influenced by Radiohead and My Bloody Valentine, PDBTM’s music ranges from dreamy, free form, avant-folk to lush shoegaze to introspective indie-rock, with experimental and atmospheric textures.

Songwriter Hurley and multi-instrumentalist McLaughlin conjure music from vocals, guitars, piano, cello, glockenspiel, bass guitar, melodica, double bass, harpsichord, vibraphone, and electronics. PDBTM have already released the EP Through A Forest Only on Rusted Rail.

The Trees, The Sea In A Lunar Stream can now be pre-ordered from www.rustedrail.com/phantomdog4 html and those who pre-order will also receive Glisten And The Night Sky, a bonus disc of rarities, remixes, and previously unreleased tracks.
