Busy times at John Quinn & Co

Last week proved to be another busy week for John Quinn & Co despite the sluggishness of the market in general. The company managed to dispose of quite a number of properties in and around the city centre at affordable prices.

This week another selection of properties has become available at John Quinn & Co. These include an excellent three bedroom terraced residence at No 26 Monivea Park, Ballybane. According to John Quinn this is a first-class property in very good condition, ready to walk into, and has been keenly priced at €210,000 which is open to offers.

Another three bedroom residence has become available at No 14 Cnoc Na Cille, Ballybrit. This is a very good property and according to John Quinn is in very good condition throughout and again is available at a realistic asking price of €175,000.
