THE AWARD winning British comic Carl Donnelly plays The Laughter Lounge in the Róisín Dubh on Wednesday at 8.30pm.
According to The Guardian “the reason Donnelly is one of the highest-rated emerging stars on the UK circuit is his incredible ability to turn the seemingly mundane existence of the 21st-century slacker into gripping, unmissable stand-up. In Donnelly’s hands, something as simple as getting out of bed can be the springboard to a hilarious anecdote.”
Also appearing on the night are John Colleary, Cathal Murray, and the great Ian Coppinger. Tickets are available from the Róisín Dubh and Zhivago.
