LOOSE LIPS, the new ‘story slam’ night in the Róisín Dubh hosted by Tommy Tiernan and Mags Treanor returns on Wednesday.
Everyone has a story to tell, and Loose Lips offers a stage and a microphone to members of the audience who can tell their story, provided it is true, unscripted, and doesn’t take longer than five minutes.
Each month’s session is inspired by a different theme, and this month the theme is ‘embarrassment and blunders’. The story slam takes place every last Wednesday of the month, and is limited to 10 stories.
Those who wish to participate can register on the night, when 10 names will be pulled from a hat to decide who gets to tell his/her story. Admission is €5. Registration is from 8.30pm and the show starts at 9pm.
