Tests involving this new generation balm, which features nine essential oils, indicate that wrinkles were reduced by 77 per cent and a firmer skin was achieved by 82 per cent of users.
The product, which is available from Brown Thomas, is 100 per cent pure and preservative free. The makers say it allows the skin to be “intensely renewed” at night and on awakening it appears smooth and firm.
Another product from the same company, Aromessence Excellence (€80 ), is an ultra regenerating day serum. Aimed at over 50 skin which has lost its firmness and volume and may have pigmentation irregularities, it contains an anti-ageing plant complex and active essential oil.
